When God Blesses an Evangelist

Tony spent the better part of the day on the campus of California State University Northridge (CSUN), with his cross. It was one of those days that leaves an evangelist clicking his heels. Street evangelism isn't easy. It's not for the faint of heart. It can be a lonely existence for the man who commits his life to the public proclamation of the gospel. But God never leaves or forsakes his evangelists. And, every once in a while, God blesses his evangelists with a day to remember.

As Tony stood with his cross and distributed gospel tracts he was encouraged by a brother from Uganda, prayed for by a Christian student who was carrying his Bible, reconnected with a young lady (Brianna) with whom he had the privilege of sharing the gospel, and quite possible saw a young man named Ryan come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ before his very eyes.
