How are the dead raised? With what kind of body do they come?

During the first several minutes pastor Chris takes the time to inform the congregation about the nature of the letter to the Christians in Corinth (1 Corinthians). Paul had received a negative report concerning the state of the church from “Chloe’s people” (1 Cor 1:11). In response to the report he provides rebuke, correction and instruction. There were also matters about which the church wrote about as indicated by Paul’s explicit mention of it saying, “Now concerning the matters about which you wrote” (1 Corinthians 7:1).

The remainder of the message pastor Chris focuses on 1 Corinthians 15:1-50 with particular attention to the physical nature of the resurrection. Believers will physically dwell with Christ forever in a physical new heavens and new earth.
