The enemy within is far more dangerous than the enemy without. Our sin gets us into eternal trouble with the God of all creation and the wages of sin is death. Praise God that he raised up a faithful leader to take responsibility for the sins of his people, making the hard but necessary choice to die in order to pay our wages. Nonetheless, in the end Jesus will sort the righteous from the wicked; be sure to be counted among the righteous through faith in him!
