Rescuing Jesus from Christmas

The scene in our minds of Jesus' birth is often far from reality. We seldom think of the indifference of the Jews, the real characteristics of the Magi, the slaughter of so many babies and toddlers, or the difficulty of the exile to Egypt. Consider all these things as you ponder our King coming to earth!
