Why is it that biblical conservatives who claim that verbal (every word) inerrancy is important so often turn right around and, ignoring at least seven inspired, time-frame phrases in Luke 2 say, "We have no idea when Christ was born; the time of year is not important?" While refraining from a rigid claim for a specific day, Pastor urges us to "do the Luke 2 math" and avoid the over-reactions of the Jehovah's Witnesses and "paganism, Romanism, winter solstice" theorists. Then, in a tender, passionate way, he demonstrates that the Lord Jesus has been and will be "the Lamb in arms" for all eternity.
