When the Afflicted Feel Forsaken

Just as was true for the exiled Israelites of old, so too for each and every one of us as well: In spite of the joy which God’s afflicted people should feel in light of God’s comforting promise to always be compassionate towards us, we must always remember that He will never forget us ... even at those times When the Afflicted Feel Forsaken!
