A Call to Humble Spiritual Service

In this passage, in which Paul begins his section of instruction on practical Christian living, Paul admonishes his readers about having the wrong attitude, particularly in area of the use of spiritual gifts. In regard to the use of spiritual gifts, Paul makes the point that our spiritual gifts are unique to each of us, as God has ordained.
