How can man be Justified with God?

If called upon to give an answer, how would you answer this question?
How can man be justified with GOD?
This question assumes that there is a need for such a justification. This question assumes that all who have any wisdom, understand (to some degree) the fallen condition of man, and the high Place of GOD.
