Who is Jesus? Part 1

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who has existed co-equal with God the Father and God the Holy Spirit from all eternity. They are three distinct persons, but one in essence.

The Bible begins with a declaration of the Trinity."In the beginning God"-Elohim, which is plural. Gen.1:26, "let us make man."

In the announcement to Mary, the angel declared the Trinity. Luke 1:35
The demons of Hell knew that Christ was the Son of God Luke 4:41
John the Baptist declared that Christ was the Son of God John 1:34
Simon Peter declared Christ was the Son of God Matt.16:16
Martha called Him the Son of God John 11:27
The Roman Centurion called Him the Son of God Matt.27:54

Jesus declared Himself to be the only begotten Son of God John 3:16; 8:58
He defended His Diety Matt.22:43-45

The Jews understood that Christ claimed to be God and charged Him with blasphemy John 10:30-39

Jesus Christ said unless one should believe on Him, He was condemned before God (John 3:18) and would die in their sins.(John 8:24
