Ministers, Hirelings & Masks: mandating masks & excommunication without due process

I didn't set out to deal with the subject but the text faithfully applied in these times demanded it. People are being excommunicated without due process. They are barred from the church because the pastor/elders have mandated masks or some other thing. Here we look at the marks of a faithful minister, how he rules, preaches and cares for the flock.
