God Institutes the Sabbath

God finished creating all that He created in the first six days of earth history. After creating all things, God rested on the seventh day, and blessed it and marked it for His own special purposes, a foundational institution given for remembering the completion of all God's work. Thus the day of rest, or Sabbath, is to be kept in perpetuity by all men.
