The problem and the provision

The prodigal son had a problem with his pride. in short order everything he had that he thought would last him was all gone. Pride made him willing to eat the pig's slop, but there was provision enough for him back at home. His desperation reminded him how good the servants back home had it made. He was under no delusion of being restored as a son, but dad had other plans. What will it take to get us to come back home?
