Exodus 22:1-20

We continue to study God's "revised code" for use by judges in Israel as they would be faced with situations that were not so cut-and-dried that they would clearly fall under one of the ten commandments. These also serve as sentencing guidelines to ensure that the victim is given more consideration than the criminal but that the criminal is not subject to cruel and unusual punishment.

You will note that God's idea of justice, equity and exactly what qualifies as "cruel and unusual punishment" is not what the modern liberals, ACLU and other assorted "progressives" would agree to.

But they are wrong and God is right!

We will also see just how destructive Darwin's cult has been (verse 11) and how God feels about accepted practices in our day such as "consensual adult sex" (v. 18), witchcraft (v. 19), bestiality and the ecumenical acceptance of false gods (v. 20).
