The Doctrine of Election Opened

Having now gone through 5 sessions in establishing the truth of Man’s total depravity, I want this morning to begin examining the first of the precious doctrines of grace with you. I have said to you that to be truly reformed in your thinking as a Christian you will be a person who believes in all the doctrines of grace. You will believe them because they are doctrines which are clearly taught in the Bible; and they show you how all of your salvation is attributable to God’s merciful, purposeful, and powerful working to bring you to eternal life. The first of these blessed doctrines is unconditional election
