Light Shining In The Darkness

Proposition: What difference does Christ make in life and in death? All the difference in the world! He came into the world to conquer and to free it from the kingdom and dominion of the Wicked One. We should not be taken by surprise when His enemies react with hatred to the preaching and living out of the gospel victory of Jesus. "And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed" (John 3:19-20). Rejoice that He has distinguished you from the world and abides with you forever.
