Sanctification is the work of God's free grace whereby we are renewed in the whole man after the image of God, and are enabled more and more to die unto sin, and live unto righteousness.
Psalm 27:4 is a picture of a heart being sanctified.
- There are 5 things that describe a heart being sanctified
A heart that is being sanctified has its desires being narrowed and funneled into One desire
A heart that is being sanctified is motivated by that One thing, communion with God
A heart that is being sanctified desires One thing, is driven by One thing, and culminates in One thing
A heart that is being sanctified desires to behold God's beauty
A heart that is being sanctified desires to inquire of the Lord
