Westminster Shorter Catechism Session #1 - To Glorify God and Enjoy Him Forever

The first study in a series designed to exposit and explain the teaching of the Westminster Shorter Catechism which focuses on the Scriptural basis for its teachings.

This study concerns question #1:

Q. 1. What is the chief end of man?
A. Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy him forever.

Psalm 73:25 Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.
26 My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
