The Mosaic Administration of the Covenant of Grace

The Mosaic administration is an administration of the covenant of grace and not of the covenant of works. In this administration of the covenant of grace the need for holiness and the way of holiness are set forth by means of the external law code. The Law shows men their sin, how they are cleansed by sacrificial blood, and how to walk before God in holiness. In this administration of the covenant of grace, as in those that preceded it, those who are saved by grace are called to respond in faith as evidenced by obedience. Having been saved by grace, may you respond in faith as evidenced by obedience.
