Tempting God

The period covered in this OT quote is relatively short, a little over a year, and when you compare the over abundance of incredible manifestations of God's power, care and mercy with the wilderness generation's persistent rebellion it is staggering. We will do well to meditate upon the fact that a whole generation constantly tempted the Lord despite what they saw and knew.
