Faithfulness As A Pattern of Life

The pattern of life for Daniel didn't change over years as he continued to live in faithfulness to God. What did change was the world empire and king in authority over him. Having lived almost 70 years under the Babylonians he then lived under the Medes and Persians. Being a godly man he continued without compromise in his life and lifestyle and once again was in a position of leadership and authority. The familiar account of his experience in a lion's den, God's deliverance, and the kings response continue to be a challenge and encouragement to believer's to trust their God and be faithful.
