Let Us Go Unto Bethlehem

If we would accompany the shepherds to Bethlehem, what would we see? Not with the physical eye, but through their eyes of faith?

The Christ born is the Savior of sinners. This is what they saw, and what we must see in His birth.

The sight they behold is very base and ordinary. Less than ordinary, poor. Are they disappointed?

This is an encounter with God and the truth about themselves. And cause for joy and worship.

Let us go to Bethlehem with them -- in Spirit.
