Who is this man?

Who is speaking in these passages?

The answer may seem obvious at first, obviously the inspired author of these passages is the Apostle Paul.

However, like all Christians, Paul lived two lives on Earth. There is the unregenerate Paul, the Jewish Zealot who kept the Mosaic Law better than any other man but still failed to attain righteousness. There is the Paul who was born into new life in Christ, inhabited by the Holy Spirit and empowered to live life free from the influence of Sin.

So which one is speaking here? The answer has serious implications for Christians today.
