Tenemos que leer la Biblia con un espíritu de oración (“Abre mis ojos a Tu verdad”); tenemos que deshacernos de todo lo que nos impide aprovechar de nuestra lectura de la Biblia (preocupaciones, placeres mundanas, y pecados); y tenemos que amar la Biblia (desearla, apreciarla, y obedecerla).

(We need to read the Bible with a spirit of prayer (“Open my eyes to Your truth”); we need to get rid of all that keeps us from profiting when reading the Bible (worries, worldly pleasures, and sin); and we need to love the Bible (desire it, appreciate it, and obey it).
