Behavior of a Depraved Mind

498

The basic, defiling, root sin is rejecting God as He is revealed Himself to be. The unbeliever, knowing about God, evaluates that knowledge and decides to reject Him. There follows severe and devasting moral consequences to this rejection and replacment of God. Mankind's morality can decay even to rebelling against what God has designed as normal and natural for His creatures.
God, after evaluating their minds, and finding them depraved and morally wrong in their evaluations, turns them over to their own thinking. This is the present dimension of God's judgment upon them. In this present dimension of God's judgment , being turned over to their sinful desires, results in their own self-destruction.
The depraved mind, stimulated by sinful desires, results in a life in pursuit and indulgence of all kinds of improper behavior. Outward behavior that has its stimulus in the heart of man where the problem lies. This inner condition, that God already knows, becomes evident and proves God's evalution is accurate. His evaluation concludes that without exception - all are sinners and all are guilty.
