Who is Jesus?

This passage describes the One who will come and judge the world and tells us that Jesus is to be understood in the following way. He is

• The coming one; the victorious general; the faithful and true one; the just judge; the all knowing one; the ruler; the infinite one; the one who has been bloodied; the word of God; the conquering one.
• In light of these things we see that He is a Lord to be worshipped, a Saviour to be trusted, that His gospel is to be preached and His salvation is to be cherished.
