God's Long Suffering Finally Runs Out And He Begins To Judge A Nation For Its Sins

157

All through the bible we have examples given to us showing God interacting with men, nations and kings, and telling them to repent or He will judge them. We have the judgment on Nineveh at the hands of Jonah, the judgment on Israel at the hands of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, and various other examples to show us across dispensations that God has always judged nations, and He always will. Is He judging America for her myriad sins right now?

"And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead." Acts 17:30,31 (KJB)

On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are looking at God's mercy, His long suffering, His patience, and of course, His perfect and righteous judgment that must follow. We live in a day and time where people don't even think that God is real, much less capable of inserting Himself into our affairs and judging us according to His word. Yet for 6,000 years, the bible has faithfully recorded God doing exactly that, and in multiple dispensations. Is it possible that God right now is not only judging the most-powerful nation on earth, America for her sins? And perhaps in the process of judging the whole world? Join us tonight as we travel through time to see how God has already judged nations, and see if that will allow us to better understand the times we find ourselves in here on the cusp of the Pretribulation Rapture in 2021.
