Habakkuk 3:1-19

Habakkuk had a problem. His nation was sinking into the quagmire of sin &
rebellion against the ways & word of God. The wicked seemed to prosper while the
righteous seemed to suffer. He was surrounded by plundering & violence, strife &
contention & he wondered if God was going to do anything about it… "How long?" was his question.
