I Have Seen The LORD

Pastor Tim Goad brings forth much depth in these 2 verses regarding the treasure, importance, and necessity of not only the resurrection of CHRIST, but more importantly HIS ascension into glory. For we see fulfilled, in HIS ascension, the sending forth of the HOLY SPIRIT that would regenerate, indwell, bring forth that requisite fruit that glorifies our LORD and testifies to the truth in salvation. But just as wonderful and blessed, is HIS role as our intercessor in glory as we stumble and fall. That instead of GOD looking upon us in wrath, HE looks through the righteousness of CHRIST and is well pleased, enabling us to repent, grow, and move forward. This is our truth, that we see through faith, unlike the disciples who physically saw, heard, touched CHRIST, but we not only walk by faith and not sight, we have been given the complete work of HIS word in the holy bible. This gives us the complete picture and framework of GOD's plan of salvation fulfilled.
