Our Petition for Forgiveness

Sin cleaves to us. We know this and experience it every day, even though we may fight against it. Therefore, we look forward to this petition of the Lord's Prayer. We need it desperately. God has been gracious to us and gives us forgiveness daily. Therefore, we must live in a forgiving spirit one with another.
