Loving Others In Deed, Not in Word Only Strengthens Our Assurance

We are to love in deed, not in word only. It's one thing to say we love someone. It is another to show that we love them. Loving other people in deed, as opposed to word, will result in a strengthening of our own assurance of salvation. We shall know by this that we are of the truth.
