The World To Come

Hebrews 2:5-8 is expounded with attention being given to "the world to come" (2:5) and "Thou hast made him for a little while lower than the angels" (2:7). All things were placed under the dominion of man for his oversight, rule and wise, productive use. But sin entered, man has fallen, the curse has been justly imposed, and man has miserably failed in his dominion stewardship. Yet, all is not lost. As Hebrews 2:9 begins, "But we do see Him..." As the Son of Man He realized the destined dominion man was to have but lost.
