Gnosticism Old and New

This lecture is not only a consideration of Gnosticism in the Early Church, but Dr. Needham helps us to see how its core beliefs are being systematically reproduced in the New Age Movement of today. Indeed, we find that Gnosticism and its teachings are enjoying a substantial renaissance both outside and even inside the church of our times.

As we will see, many of the foremost teachers of Gnostic beliefs are in fact women, and this has seemingly had a great effect on the growth and impact of feminism, which has of course been particularly felt in the so-called evangelical church.
