The Table of Nations and the Tower of Babel

Genealogies. Not our favorite chapters of Holy Scripture to say the least. And yet, the Holy Spirit has placed them in our Bibles for a reason, they are given for the profit of our souls. In this sermon, we examine the so-called "table of nations" and the tower of Babel, and together we learn some insights of what the Spirit seems to intend for us to learn. In Genesis, the recurring theme is "the propagation and protection of the Seed", and it is no less true in this text.
