Jesus Seeks Lost Sinners

If you think that the Christian religion is only for righteous people, this sermon should give you something to think about! In His day, Jesus sought the company of all kinds of people, but He especially welcomed notorious sinners. That Jesus did this not once or twice but continually in His ministry puzzled and irritated the religious elite of His day. Why does Jesus welcome sinners to Himself? Is there really hope for improvement for liars, thieves, adulterers, drunkards, and the immoral? Does God ever actually rejoice over His worshippers?
