Repentance vs. Unrepentance

When the righteous fall, they always get back up. When a child of God falls, they repent. Judah had no remorse for their sin and were in a perpetual state of backsliding with a defiant attitude. Sin blinds you as it captivates you. The saved may fall into sin, but they don't stay in sin.
