Blinded by Lust

Truly, though we have been saved by grace, nevertheless our heart still is able to be deceived. And that explains why deep acts of devotion can be followed by such shallow acts of rebellion. Now though we profess this, nevertheless it still is shocking to behold the foolish choices made on the part of the people of God throughout redemptive history.
