Christian Perseverance Promised

One such man found in Holy Scripture which was in dire need of encouragement to persevere was Elijah. Elijah was mightily used of the Lord, but in 1 Kings 19:4 found himself completely alone, battle weary and ready to give in.

We can feel like Elijah in these days: alone, discouraged & battle weary. Elijah's shrinking was only momentary, until he knew of the Lords refreshing and restoring.

It is the clear teaching of Holy Scripture, that once the Lord Jesus has taken you for His Own, you belong to Him and He will never let you go.

Yes, you may have a few wobbles and falls along the way, but The Lord will always be there to pick you up and give you faith to persevere to the very end.
