The Human Soul

There can be no annhilation of the soul. The body can be separate from the soul and the body can return to dust and go into a state of death, but the soul cannot. The breath or the soul returns to God again. The soul without the body is still in a state of life, consciousness and in need of God. Animals have no self consciousness of God. They may die and no longer exist but not man.
